Introduction to oenology and tasting of 5 wines with nibbles.
During this workshop, you'll discover the secrets of wine tasting and learn professional tasting methodology.
Stage 1: quick presentation of the Domaine and Beaujolais Pïerres Dorées with a welcome glass of wine
Stage 2: aromas
- where do wine aromas come from?
- what are the different types of aromas?
- how do we perceive aromas?
Stage 3: Discover the aromas in wine using the Wine Nose, in a fun game.
Stage 4: Discovery of wine tasting methodology using a tasting sheet designed by us, based on a first white wine.
Stage 5: Practice with a second white wine

Stage 6: Playful tasting of two red wines accompanied by a winegrower's nibble (farmhouse bread, cold meats and cheeses).

You'll leave the course with a real knowledge of wine tasting, which you can try out at home on your own.
