Entrance either street side or courtyard side (wooden gate opening onto courtyard and garden). On the ground floor : entrance hall, living room with lounge area, kitchen (direct access to garden), storeroom, Wc. Upstairs : hallway, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed + wooden cot) (1 bedroom with 140 cm double bed) (1 bedroom with 2 single beds). Bathroom including WC. Outdoors : garden enclosed by walls, lawn, swings, private interior courtyard including covered area. Garden furniture, sealed charcoal barbecue. Washing machine in outside utility room.
