Light & cosy interior, tastefully decorated. Upstairs (outside stairs, sheltered entrance) : large open plan living room (fitted kitchen/ lounge & dining areas). 2 bedrooms (140 cm double bed) (2single beds). Shower room. Separate WC. Small utility room with washing machine on the ground floor. Bed linen & utilities (electricity, heating) are included in rent. Outdoors : private enclosed garden with trees (grassy area), garden furniture, barbecue, paved area (parking available for 1 car). 200 m away : guests rooms & wine cellar of the son of the owners, tasting of the local wines can be arranged on demand.
