Traditional festivals in Beaujolais

Throughout the year, Beaujolais is a land of festivities and traditions!

The fusion of the two elements creates a rich and varied programme of events in the Beaujolais!
Vignoble Beaujolais is a must. Every season is a reason to celebrate wine and popular traditions!
At the beginning of the year, it is the Conscripts who set the ball rolling! At the end of January each year, the event is held in Villefranche-Sur-Saône. The festival of the Conscripts is unique to Beaujolais, one of the region's most popular events!
On sunny days, you can enjoy gourmet strolls through the vines at full bloom. Whether it is the Randonnée Gourmande in Marcy in May or the Charrois Gourmands in Lantignié in June, hiking enthusiasts and wine and gastronomy lovers will be enchanted!
The Fêtes du Paradis in Odenas or Arnas celebrate the end of the harvest season as well as the freshly pressed wine.
And of course the Beaujolais Nouveaux brings the end of the year to a close!
