- The winemaking, the vinification of wines: Reminders on the methods of winemaking, in white, in rosé and in red, the farms in futs, the natural yeasts, the sulfites, the bottling. -Vocabulary of the tasting, and a document is delivered. -Test in the nose, recognize 3 flavors. - Understand the tasting: the balances in the mouth, and the intense aromatic persistence.
