Located in the heart of the vineyards, the Beaujolais distillery collects the by-products of winemaking from the northern Ardèche to the Aube department, via the Ain, Loire, Allier, Rhône, Saône-et-Loire, Côte-d'Or and Yonne regions.

The distillery does not offer tastings per se, but it is possible to make a request at the boutique to choose what you would like to buy.
