La visite VIP vous permettra de découvrir le château et le domaine (présentation, actualités de la vigne, explications sur le travail à la vigne). Dégustation des vins du domaine accompagnée d'un mâchon dans notre nouvel espace de dégustation-vente.
Tour outline:
- Word of welcome in « le Clos » at the Château entrance and general,
- introduction to the Estate, update on the work currently being carried out in the vineyard, introduction to the art of tending the wines
- Move into the Château’s Cour d’Honneur (main courtyard) for a brief overview of the Château’s history
- Tour of the vat room and the cellar where vats of wines are stored.
- Explanation of the processes of wine-making and ageing
- A sampling of the castle’s wines, accompanied with a charcuterie plates in our wine tasting salon.
