Yoga has been practiced in different forms for thousands of years to bring wisdom and well-being to mankind. The traditional yoga that is offered in the Atout Yoga space allows each person to evolve at his or her own pace according to his or her possibilities, needs, environment, age, pathologies. . . by applying all the necessary tools: postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation. . . The yogic philosophy that underlies the practices gives the sessions their full dimension. Regaining or maintaining physical and mental health allows for self-knowledge in complete acceptance and freedom.

All weekly sessions are held according to the school schedule. Individual sessions and Ayurvedic massages are by appointment. Courses are defined in advance.
