Single storey gîte accessed via terrace. Entrance hall, large open living room (kitchen, dining areas), bedroom (3 single beds), WC, shower room. Small lounge area. 2nd hall opening onto the outside covered area and leading to 2 bedrooms (4 single beds), (2 single beds + 2 single stowaway beds) and the shower room with WC & disabled access. Outdoors : large sheltered terrace (40 sq.m., garden furniture, deck chairs), covered area, extensive grounds, lovely views of the countryside, parking.
