Ground floor : living room with a convertible sofa (double bed), kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed), bathroom, toilets. Central heating. Outside : common ground with view on the vineyards with a small private place, garden salon. Ideal for business trip, holidays in the golden stones, in Beaujolais. Wines of the property. On the spot : 3 bed and breakfast, and during summer : possibility to rent the vault for weddings (music).
